Gators fall to no.1 Georgia , Florida-Georgia game in Jax

The Gators lost a big game to the no. 1 team in the country on Saturday Oct 29th,  no surprise to anyone...Well at least we won the 3rd quarter!  But the Bulldogs came back with a vengeance to win 42-20.  Just hoping the Gators can win out the rest of this season's games...  current record is at 4 - 4

Gators lose to the Bulldogs 24-17

With Georgia QB Jake Fromm converting 12 out of 18 3rd downs,  the Bulldogs were able to beat the Gators on Saturday in Jacksonville FL.  The Gators would have had a chance to get the ball back one more time and maybe tie the score, if they had any time outs left, but as it were, the time ran out and Georgia won  24-17.   READ MORE AT THIS LINK

ESPN COLLEGE GAMEDAY from Jacksonville FL

The ESPN college football show announced Saturday it will be hosting its gameday program in Jacksonville, Florida, the location of the annual Georgia-Florida rivalry, next weekend. This is the week all Gators look forward to - the Florida-Georgia game this Saturday in Jacksonville, Florida.  This week was a big deal when we lived in Jacksonville, but up here in Georgia the hype does not seem to be as big.   Some think this will be a do or die game for Coach Muschamp, but we will see how that turns out.  It will definitely be a big week for the freshman quarterback who takes over as the starter this week, Treon Harris.  Check out this article to get Tim Tebow's perspective...TEBOW ON HARRIS  and Preview of game at ESPN.com -

Florida - Georgia Game today at 3:30 PM in Jacksonville, Florida

Big game of the year as the Gators face the Bulldogs in Jacksonville - the Florida-Georgia game at 3:30 pm today on CBS.  Based on all the media, news articles, etc up here in Georgia it would appear that  the Gators are the underdogs this year.  Georgia is favored by 3-6 points to win this one.  With all the injuries on both teams this season, I  think it is a toss up and could go either way.  GO GATORS!
