Gator football season winding down

Well, all hopes for a decent season were dashed this past weekend when the Gators were beat by Georgia Southern - a most unlikely victor in the Swamp. In a normal year, the Gators would be expected to win a home game against an unranked team. But this season has been far from normal, with the starting QB injured for the season during the game against Tennessee. Most of the Gator Nation had hopes that Tyler Murphy would take over, but then he injured his shoulder. That left the Gators depending on a freshman QB who is struggling to get the offense going.
