Coach Mac replaces Muschamp as the new head ball coach

Muschamp is out as head ball coach and Florida has hired his replacement, Jim McElwain (known as Coach Mac).   After spending 2008-2011 as offensive coordinator at Alabama, he spent the last three seasons as head coach at Colorado State (2012-2014).   Click to read more at OnlyGators.Com

Game Day : Florida welcomes South Carolina into the Swamp at noon today!

Steve Spurrier returns to the Swamp as coach of the SC Gamecocks.   This should be a great game if our Florida Gators continue playing as they have the last two games.

This is the week all Gators look forward to - the Florida-Georgia game this Saturday in Jacksonville, Florida.  This week was a big deal when we lived in Jacksonville, but up here in Georgia the hype does not seem to be as big.   Some think this will be a do or die game for Coach Muschamp, but we will see how that turns out.  It will definitely be a big week for the freshman quarterback who takes over as the starter this week, Treon Harris.  Check out this article to get Tim Tebow's perspective...TEBOW ON HARRIS  and Preview of game at ESPN.com -
